I had the pleasure of hiring Alice as my business guide during a 10 days trip in China. During the period prior to the trip, Alice was expedite and available almost 24/7. Trough WeChat she guided me from the airport and to the train station in Beijing where we met. Our travel route was mainly with train from Beijing - Xinxiang - Shanghai - Ningbo - Quanzhou - Xiamen - Jiangmen and to Guangzhou where split up and she flew back to Shanghai. Alice is a very professional guide. She is polite, correct and nice to be together with. There is no nonsense and you can fully trust her. I have travelled in China 5 times before but I would not have been able to manage this trip alone. She organized most of the hotell and train tickets. When visiting new suppliers she contributed to make a good atmosphere. We still have contact and I will use her services next time I travel to China. Read less

ALICE was a wonderful guide throughout our stay in Shanghai. She helped us navigate through the city, took us to wonderful restaurants, made us get a very good perspective of the place. I had a business meeting near Shanghai and decided to arrive two days earlier to explore this amazing city. It was my first visit to Shanghai. As an experienced traveler, I normally manage myself almost anywhere as long as people around understand English but knowing the language and cultural barrier in China and due to my limited time, I decided to hire a travel guide. I sent a request to several travel guides, got several answers and finally decided to continue with Alice….and I am very, very happy on that decision!!! Before my arrival, she answered my numerous emails promptly, planned a realistic schedule based on my requests on what I wanted to see or do. On my early morning arrival to Shanghai, there was a Didi driver waiting for me at the airport. Meeting with Alice at the hotel lobby, the last check of the tour plan and then 2,5 very memorable days exploring this megacity. Of course, one could do that also by him/herself, but SH is a huge city and then there is the language barrier – not many people can speak English here - i.e. planning the route from point A to point B is not as easy as in many other cities in the world. It was so much more relaxing when I just followed Alice and at the same time had interesting discussions about SH, China and many other things. Alice is well educated, positive, energetic and intelligent young woman, speaking very good English. It was pure joy to walk and talk with her and learn lot of inside things about Shanghai and Chinese culture. I also bought a tailor-made suit on this trip. I told Alice about this wish before my trip and asked her to find a reliable tailor and organize everything. And she did it, exceeding all my expectations. From the first visit to the tailor to the delivery of the clothes to my hotel one week later (after my business meetings), she acted like a professional private assistant. I saved a lot of time, money and stress on this process, thanks to Alice. Five stars with no hesitation to Alice!!! Read less
