I called Rain with very short advance notice and she was able to provide us with an excellent English speaking guide, private car and driver for 2 days of touring Beijing and the Great Wall. Everywhere we went we saw bus loads of tourists being herded on and off buses, into temples, the Forbidden City, etc. We were able to enjoy all these attractions at a leisurely pace, all our questions answered and everything explained by our private guide with lots of background info. Our guide, Emily, was funny, frank and very knowledgable about the city and Chinese history. Our driver, John, was an excellent driver, always making us feel safe on crazy Beijing roads. His car was always clean and smelled fresh. Honestly, I can't imagine we could have had as good an experience with another tour company or on our own. Working with Rain was well worth the cost. And, BTW, Rain's price included lunch each day as well as entry fees to all parks and monuments. Read less

Fortunately i was introduced to Rain to be my private tour and i think that was the best decision that i made to hire her as my personal and private tour. She is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. She takes you to all different historical sites with a private car and driver. She took us to a very good restaurants with good foods. I started to organize my 3 day tour in June for a 3day tour in Dec with two friends. Right from the start Rain was very responsive helpful and efficient. Email responses were very fast. I organized a 3 day tour including a flight to X'ian to see the Terracotta army. We paid a 104 dollar deposit each via Paypal and that was it until we arrived when the balance was paid. The 3 days were run like clockwork and the tour guides were well informed, flexible friendly and a bit of fun. We wanted to be a bit adventurous in terms of our lunches and taste real local food with local people. This was easily provided and added an extra dimension to the trip. Emily was our guide for 3 days of touring Beijng. It was hard saying goodbyes the last day. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. Mr Wang was our driver in an immaculate , new looking van. He kept it spotless and navigated the jammed streets of Beijing with skill. They were always on time, if not early, when picking us up at our hotel and tailored pace of touring to OUR needs.
