Thru Rain, we had a great experience in Beijing for two days accompanied by Emily. We went to the Forbidden City, Hutong, and the Temple of Heaven (plus an acrobatic show) on the first day. On the 2nd day, we went to the Mutianyu Great Wall and the Summer Palace. Emily is prompt, patient, informative, organized, and friendly. We were very comfortable with her, and her opinions and suggestions on food, shops, even perfect spots for photo ops! Having a private tour guide and driver is a must! And it has to be Kungfu Panda Tours!

We had very long layovers in Beijing and decided to make full use of them by using Kungfu Panda Tours. They picked us up at the airport and shuttled us to the Great Wall as well as the Forbidden City. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. We always felt safe with out private driver and this tour met every expectation and more. I would definitely recommend this tour service to anyone considering a quick visit on a layover- especially since China offers FREE 72 hour transit visas. It took us only minutes to get through Beijing immigration.

Synotrip never fails me. Everytime we travel, i always check this site on which is the best. Last May, we needed a travel agency in china to help us in getting a Chinese visa. Then i found here that Rain is the private tour guide. I emailed her asking if she could quote us a price for our tour to beijing for 3 days and asked if she could provide us an invitation letter to help us in getting a visa. What i like about her is that she responds quickly, and without hesitation, she provided our invitation letter without asking for an advance payment for the tour (some of the private tour guides i emailed asked for an advance payment) . Even if she is not sure that her services will be availed by us, she just provides what is needed. After we got our chinese visa, we confirmed that we will avail her services. She just asked for a deposit and we just email her from time to time until our arrival in beijing. We even asked for revisions for the tour as per our preference and it was okay with her. Our stay in beijing was really a great and relaxing one because of Rain. She arranged everything even our transfer to and from the airport. Their driver is accomodating and very friendly esp. during the tour. As a tour guide, Rain is really amazing, i dont think we can find another tour guide as great as her. She knows everything about china particularly beijing. She can answer all our questions. She is even friendly and accomodates all our requests esp when we want to have a photo of the places weve been to. She even has her own idea of how our photo will be taken. She would say how should we take a pose, what and where is the best view and which is the best photo plus she even took a video of us. The food - how we love the restaurants where Rain took us, there is even one or two maybe restos where her budget exceeded bec we requested for the food we like. How we love everything about Rain, even the way she speaks is awesome. Such perfect tour guide. Rain is simply the best. We all love her. She is amazingly perfect!!! If ever my friends would ask me if i could recommend a tour guide in beijing, it will definitely be Rain. Thanks Rain for a wonderful tour in Beijing. Till we meet again

We toured Bejiing with Rain for 3 days and had a wonderful experience! Rain is very professional, knowledgable and flexible. We had a great time visiting The Palace, The Great Wall and many temples and parks. The lunch arrangements were good and the drivers were very professional too. Rain is very easy to understand, friendly and accommodating. We had a great time. When we go back to China, we will definitely call Rain again!!!

My wife and I visited Beijing as part a multi city visit through China in late May. Like many here, I chose Rain as our tour guide primarily because of all the positive reviews on Synotrip. Before committing, I emailed Rain with questions about her services as well as general logistic questions to help plan our trip and she was very helpful and candid with her advice and responded quickly. The email correspondences back and forth made me feel at ease and gave me a good sense of her committment as a guide. It was our first time in Beijing and we only had three days in the city and wanted to visit all the "must see sights" but in a manner and perspective that was more local and less touristy. I think everyone pretty much want a non-touristy experience but this is difficult in a city famous for its tourist sites but Rain successfully produced the local flavor we were looking for. My wife and I very much enjoyed learning about the history and culture of the people through Rain's perspective. Rain is a great ambassador to her country and an equally fantastic guide. Her english is excellent and her command of China's history is impressive. Rain is honest, reliable, and punctual and we felt very well taken care of as Rain handled all the details of our tour. Rain has enthusiasm for her work and genuinely wants you to have a great time and solicits feedback as she is constantly looking to improve her client's experience. I'm generally a hard person to please and am a tough critic but have nothing but positive things to say about Rain and her services.

My husband and I chose to book a 2 day tour of Beijing as part of our honeymoon. Having never traveled to China before, we were both apprehensive about going somewhere where English was not the native language. Rain really helped to alleviate our fears and made everything SO easy! When I first arrived, our flight was late and the driver was not there however all it took was a call to Rain and she sent her driver to pick us up immediately. I was really pleased with the swift action Rain took to make sure we did not feel lost. Rain was punctual on both days we were with her and took us to all of the sites that we had agreed upon in advance. She was also flexible on taking us to additional places, such as the Pearl Market. What I really enjoyed about our time with Rain was our candid conversations about her life and experiences growing up in China and living in Beijing. Rain was able to balance giving us more than enough knowledge about the various sites we went to with also keeping things interactive - we never felt bored or like we were sitting in a lecture. Thank you Rain for taking so many great pictures for us and for being so professional - you really do take great care in delivering an amazing client experience!
