We booked a 4-day tour in Beijing with Rain and the only word that can describe is: PERFECT! Absolutely nothing went wrong!
Before our arrival we exchanged some emails and I exposed to her what I intended to visit in specific days. She was more than helpful in guiding me fitting my itinerary to cover all the amazing sightseeings in Beijing.
We had everything settled before our arrival in Beijing, from airport pick-up and drop-off to sightseeings and the experience was outstanding. Me and my family had booked a private driver with private English tour guide who was with us during the visits the whole time explaining the history. They were extremely polite, patient and friendly.
If it wasn't for Rain expertise in China Tours our trip wouldn't have been so great!

I will be forever grateful to Rain for the thrilling adventure I had in Beijing in April, 2016. I wanted to go to the imperial city a week before I was joining a National Geographic tour to Tibet / Mt. Everest, Nepal, and Cambodia, but felt overwhelmed as to how to go about it. As a solo female traveler with only five days, I knew I wanted a private guide with vast knowledge of history and culture, a specific agenda that included everything I wanted to see and do, and then some, be professional, punctual, efficient, creative, provide a sense of safety and security . . . and have a fun, delightful personality. Rain and I emailed each other frequently for weeks prior to my arrival. From the first communication to the last, I was incredulous how quickly, thoroughly, and personably she always responded to my endless questions and requests. How does she do it?! Not only does she run the company and guide herself, but is also raising a family. Rain is truly Super Woman! The personalzied itinerary she created for me was brilliant and perfect in every way, and my guide Frances executed it masterfully. As with Rain, Frances and I became instant friends as she shared her beloved Beijng with such insight, passion, and glee. We simply had the best time ever seeing and doing everything I had always dreamed of. One never knows if you will have the opportunity to return to a destination in the future, so I make the most of every trip in case I won't get to come back. Thanks to Rain and Frances, I left Beijing with a full and happy heart, and more than satisfied that I had experienced the best of the best. Should I have the good fortune to return, there's no question I'll book with Rain!

I found Rain on Synotrip and booked her because of all of the positive reviews- she did not disappoint. Rain responds very quickly and professionally to her emails and is very accommodating. She is extremely knowledgable about Beijing and can either recommend the perfect tour schedule, or custom tailor a tour for your needs. She is friendly and speaks English well, we thoroughly enjoyed her company.
I went to Beijing with a friend the last time, but this spring I am going back with my husband and 9 year old, and I did not hesitate to book Rain again.

Sadly I had to cancel our tour with Rain for personal reasons. I had paid my deposit via Paypal and had some concerns (minor compared to the personal problems that caused us to have to cancel our tour) about when and how I would get the deposit returned to me. Rain handled it all promptly and professionally. There was absolutely no reason to worry.

Rain also, when we were still going to take the tour, provided us with some information about visas and interesting attractions near our hotel. This is service that is "above and beyond" in my book. We will definitely book with Rain when we do get the opportunity again to go to China.

I contacted Rain a few days prior to arriving in Beijing, I must say i was very last minute ( only 2 days before landing on Beijing). She was very polite and professional. She was able to answer all my queries promptly and finalized a tour within the hour. We added extras and altered our tour as there was so much we wanted to see and do within a short timeframe (4 days). We met our tour guide cookie and driver mr lieu. Cookie was wonderful! she was able to answer all our questions and provided us with the necessary information at the right time. We learnt so much about china's history. All lunches were included, we did a 3 day Beijing and 1 day xian tour. As we had a short timeframe and had already booked our hotel in Beijing we flew to xian and back on the same day. All up our tour including both night shows costs $680 usd.

If you are only interested in doing 1 night show, Kung fu or acrobatics, I will definitely recommend Kung fu. Great story through the movement of Kung fu.

At first Cookie was our tour guide and by the end became our friend. Regardless of how many tours she had done or how many times she had seen the great wall, she was enthusiastic, energetic and such a pleasure to have as a tour guide. Now I understand why Rain's private tours are rated no. 1 in Beijing. I definitely would recommend this to anyone that knows little to nothing or too much about Beijing. The experience was wonderful and there is nothing I would have changed.

We corresponded through email for our 4 day tour, she tailor made the tour to fit our desired sights, comfort and curiosities. We had Rain herself as our tour guide, who spoke perfect English, each sights we visited, she gave us insights on its history and often fun unknown facts. Since our visit was during a cold weather month, Rain made sure the driver and car was always ready to meet us as soon as we finish visiting a sight. Rain made such pleasant company having to navigate between my parents who only spoke Chinese and myself, my husband and 9yr old daughter who only spoke English, and always management to pick the perfect place to have lunch and dinner, where the food suited all 3 generations, she was like an extended family member. Her service went beyond the 4 days, she organized our pick up from the airport, help purchase our train tickets to Shanghai, getting us to the train station and once in Shanghai she arranged for our pick up at station to our hotel. Every appointment made was like clock work, so dependable. I strongly suggest Kungfu Panda Tour, 5 star service at a very fair price.
